I taught in Spain as a language assistant myself and quickly realized that the classroom was the easy part. I built RVF to make the process feel doable, with clear steps, real people, and a community that keeps showing up once you land. Today, RVF supports thousands of participants teaching abroad through structured guidance, honest expectations, and a team made up of former participants and advisors with real, on-the-ground experience. Our focus is practical support, transparency, and helping people feel confident at every stage of the process.
