- The Job
Teach, Travel, and Connect
As a Language Assistant (Auxiliares de Conversación), you help students actually use English, not just memorize it. Many people describe this as being an English teacher in Spain. The real role is more like a conversation coach. You work alongside a lead teacher, running speaking activities, helping with pronunciation, and keeping small groups talking.
You’ll teach about 12 to 16 hours a week, then spend the rest of your time doing the Spain stuff. Weekend trips, random local festivals, café routines, and a whole new daily life. We handle the logistics so you can focus on the experience.
